Whoa. I didn't know that. But I have seen many many images of her where she doesn't look like that. Must have been just the perfect shot.
I did some research about this. Yes, she did have a stroke. It was in 2004 and she made a full recovery. It didn't say anything about her having facial paralysis or anything.
