I feel the need

I haven't had sugar since last year. Well, I really shouldn't say I haven't hand any sugar- I haven't had cookies, cake, candy, sugar in my coffee, and I've avoided all products I know with sugar (sucrose) in them. I think after Christmas I was one step from turning into a candied yam. So I gave it up for January. At times I've been craving it to badly I've nearly threatened Matt with divorce if he didn't take his ass to the sto' for some York Peppermint Patties.
That dream I posted about a few weeks ago? Your dirty mind might have been thinking it was some filthy version of Afternoon Delight. Nay. It was cake. Yes, cake. Wedding cake actually. And last night, it was cake again. Not just any cake, but donut cake. In my dream I actually make a lumpy, iced, frosted donut cake and it was served to me by Gordon Ramsey no less. He didn't eat any and seemed mildly annoyed at my donut concoction.
So after I had some donut cake I went for a ride on a mountain bike. I don't think I've ridden a mountain bike in 10 years, but last night I rode one as light as air- I jumped curbs, I bunnyhopped, all to the cheers of my riding partners.

No sugar does weird things to you. Like make you want fondue parties.

Just more evidence of Matt's sainthood.
